The focus of our work was on agriculture so far. We want to leverage the parallels between agriculture and forestry and are expanding our activities to include the forestry sector. To that end, we attended events on the topic in March:
Denise Dejon attended the Forestry Entrepreneurs’ Day (Forstlicher Unternehmertag) organized by the Cluster-Initiative Forst und Holz in Bayern GmbH in Freising. Among other things, various digital solutions in forestry were presented and further potential discussed, guided by the Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik e.V. (KWF).
Joachim Kring visited the Forst live fair in Offenburg, where he gained valuable insight into forestry work practices.
